Both our structural engineer and I reviewed the materials and <br /> agree with your action. If it appears that legal action may jeopardize your order,the city should <br /> consider hiring their own consultant to personally evaluate the structure on site. To this point, <br /> your conclusions are only based on the information supplied by the owner.
