� E CITY OF ARDEN HILLS,MINNESOTA + REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MAY 14,2001 7:30 P.M. -ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS RECONVENE/CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Dennis Probst called to order the regular City Council meeting at 7:34 p.m. Present: Mayor Dennis Probst, Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski,David Grant, Gregg Larson, and Lois Rem. Absent: None. Also present were City Administrator, Joe Lynch; City Accountant, Terrance Post; City Planner, Jennifer Chaput; Parks &Recreation Director, Thomas Moore; City Engineer, Greg Brown,BRW; and Recording Secretary,Nancy Czajkowski. APPROVAL OF MEETING AGENDA Mr. Lynch requested the Council table Agenda Item 6. E based on the earlier discussion and the fact there is no staff recommendation. He stated that the urgent request was needed to be fulfilled in order to complete construction in a timely fashion. He noted he had not had a chance to review it with the architect. He added he is trying to get better numbers together for the council. He stated he would supply the information at the work session and move the item forward on the consent agenda at the May 29, 2001 meeting. MOTION: Councilmember Aplikowski moved and Councilmember Grant seconded a motion to adopt the agenda for the May 14, 2001, regular City Council meeting, as amended. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. March 26, 2001 Regular Council Meeting, TCAAP Discussion B. March 26, 2001 Regular Council Meeting C. March 26, 2001 Closed Executive Session D. April 2, 2001 Special Council Meeting E. April 9, 2001 Regular Council Meeting F. April 16, 2001 Council Worksession Councilmember Grant requested the following changes to the April 9, 2001 Regular Council Meeting minutes: 1. On page 7, first paragraph, after"read from joint letter", insert"from the Public Works 0 Director and the City Treasurer". Delete the last sentence in that paragraph.
