Updat <br /> Planning Commission meeting June 6, 2001. Staff recornmends approval of Planning Case #01- <br /> ID Z:� <br /> 08, Planned Unit Development amendment, to install additional landscaping on 4')00 W. Round <br /> Lake Road and 1.987 Gateway Boulevard to screen reftise containers with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. The screening on 4300 W. Round Lake Road is to include six 7-foot Colorado Spruce trees <br /> spaced 10 foot on center. <br /> 2. A fence is to be constructed to screen the dumpster of sufficient height and length to cover <br /> the dumpster now located in the 4300 parking lot from view of West Round Lake Road. <br /> 3. The dumpster on the 4300 property is to be moved as far to the east as practical without <br /> interfering with other equipment. <br /> 4. With respect to 1987 Gateway Boulevard, five ten-foot Colorado Spruce trees are to be <br /> planted 20 foot on center. <br /> 5. Additional screening was not required on the property at 1887 Gateway Boulevard (also <br /> managed by United Properties) since the current wing wall and landscaping sufficiently <br /> I <br /> screens the loadinc, dock area; and <br /> G. The screening, as provided in the plans, must be in place by no later than August 31, 2001, <br /> on all properties. <br />
