<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Approved: August 10, 2015 <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />JULY 27, 2015 <br />7:00 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Acting Mayor Pro-Tem Fran Holmes called to <br />order the regular City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Brenda Holden, Fran Holmes, and Robert Woodburn <br /> <br />Absent: Mayor David Grant (excused) and Councilmember Dave McClung <br />(excused) <br /> <br /> Also present: City Administrator Patrick Klaers; Director of Finance and Administrative <br />Services Sue Iverson; Assistant City Engineer John Anderson; Associate Planner Matthew <br />Bachler; City Clerk Amy Dietl; and Deputy Clerk Julie Hanson <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Woodburn seconded a <br />motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. The motion carried <br />unanimously (3-0). <br /> <br />2. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />3. STAFF COMMENTS <br /> <br />A. Rice Creek Commons – TCAAP Update <br /> <br />City Administrator Klaers reported that the Council approved the TCAAP Redevelopment Code <br />(TRC) and the Comprehensive Plan Amendment (CPA) on July 13, 2015. The next step is for the <br />City to have a conversation with Ramsey County regarding these documents. He indicated that <br />the Joint Development Authority (JDA) will be meeting next on Monday, August 3, 2015.
