<br />Measuring results 
<br />When Mayor David Grant, in his role as 
<br />EDA president, inquired how Arden Hills 
<br />would measure the success of this program, 
<br />Mr. Weinhagen replied that identifying and 
<br />developing relationships with the targeted 
<br />businesses would be a success. He indi- 
<br />cated that over the long term, the program 
<br />would provide the Ciry with a sustainable 
<br />business retention strategy.
