APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> MOTION: Councilmember McClung moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br /> motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. The motion carried <br /> unanimously (5-0). <br /> 2. PUBLIC INQUIRIESANFORMATIONAL <br /> None. <br /> 3. STAFF COMMENTS <br /> A. Rice Creek Commons (TCAAP) Update <br /> City Administrator Klaers stated that the City Council approved the TCAAP Redevelopment <br /> Code (TRC) and the Comprehensive Plan Amendment (CPA) on Monday, July 13, 2015. The <br /> Comprehensive Plan Amendment has been submitted to adjacent municipalities and affected <br /> jurisdictions for the 60-day review process. Following the affected jurisdiction review, the <br /> Metropolitan Council will have an additional 60 days to review and comment on the document. <br /> The City has received responses from the City of Mounds View, the Mounds View School <br />
