Motion to Approve 2015 Pavement Management Program (PMP) Pay Estimate 3 <br /> MOTION: Councilmember McClung moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br /> motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize <br /> execution of all necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried <br /> unanimously (5-0). <br /> 6. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS <br /> None. <br /> 7. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> A. Rice Creek Commons (TCAAP) Development Discussion Opportunity for <br /> Residents <br /> Mayor Grant stated that under the Public Hearing section, citizens have an opportunity to discuss <br /> ideas regarding the Rice Creek Commons (TCAAP) development. <br /> Mayor Grant opened the public hearing at 7:14 p.m. <br /> With no one coming forward to speak, Mayor Grant closed the public hearing at 7:15 p.m. <br /> B. County Road H/1-35W Interchange—Municipal Consent <br /> Public Works Director Maurer stated that Ramsey County is seeking municipal consent for the <br /> County Road H/I-35W interchange. He introduced Beth Engum, Ramsey County, and stated that <br /> she had a presentation regarding the project. <br /> Beth Engum, Ramsey County, provided comment on the goals, objectives and proposed <br /> improvements for the County Road H interchange. She reported that pedestrian connections <br /> would be improved through this project and that the creek would be realigned. She reviewed the <br /> cost participation for the project and noted that the City's costs would be approximately$200,000. <br /> Any additional amenities or bridge aesthetics would cost extra. The project timeline was <br /> discussed at length and it was noted that construction should begin in March of 2016. <br /> Councilmember Holden requested clarification on the pink lines within the proposed <br /> improvements plans. <br />
