ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—AUGUST 10, 2015 5 <br /> Councilmember Holmes asked for the Council to discuss the comments from the City Attorney <br /> on antennas and the accessory use definition in City Code. <br /> Councilmember Holmes commented that she received an email regarding the Goodwill being <br /> constructed at Lexington and County Road E. She recommended that a newsletter article be <br /> drafted to address this project and provide the residents with an update. She suggested that the <br /> City Attorney review the article before print. <br /> Mayor Grant reported that an article was being written to address the construction of Goodwill. <br /> Councilmember Holmes discussed the upcoming State of the City meetings and suggested that <br /> these meetings be posted on the City's website as well as being announced in an upcoming <br /> newsletter. <br /> Councilmember Holden asked if the Grant and Noble PMP project was completed. <br /> Public Works Director Maurer reported that the project was complete other than the final lift of <br /> asphalt. <br /> Mayor Grant discussed the Night to Unite events he attended last week. He stated that he meet a <br /> lot of new Arden Hills' residents. He thanked the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office for attending a <br /> number of events. <br /> Mayor Grant requested that City staff address several areas in the community that are in need of <br /> mowing. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember McClung seconded a <br /> motion to adiourn.
