The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on July 30, 2015. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City was required to act on this request by September <br />27, 2015, (60 days), unless the City provided the petitioner with written reasons for an additional <br />60 -day review period. <br />The petitioner was notified on September 3, 2015, of the City's request for an additional 60 -day <br />review period. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must now act on this request by <br />November 26, 2015 (120 days).
