,-iIZEN HILLS <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: September 9, 2015 PC Agenda Item 4.B <br />TO: Planning Commission Chair Thompson and Commissioners <br />FROM: Jill Hutmacher, Community Development Director <br />SUBJECT: Rice Creek Commons (TCAAP) Update <br />Requested Action <br />None. <br />Rice Creek Commons Update <br />As you are aware, the City Council approved the TCAAP Redevelopment Code (TRC) and the <br />TCAAP Comprehensive Plan Amendment (CPA) on Monday, July 13, 2015. The City <br />submitted the proposed CPA to all adjacent municipalities and affected jurisdictions including: <br />Shoreview, Roseville, New Brighton, Mounds View, Ramsey County, MnDOT, RCWD, and <br />Mounds View Public Schools for their review and comment. The 60 day review and comment <br />period for the adjacent municipalities and affected jurisdictions concluded on September 1st. The <br />comments received have been attached for your review.
