Please see the following advisory comment below: <br />1. As indicated in the Comprehensive plan, please ensure to follow all jurisdictional regulation <br />throughout the development, paying attention to RCWD rules. Additionally, while the plan does <br />not include language on the Comprehensive Stormwater Management Plan (CSMP), the <br />property owner, Ramsey County, has submitted a CSMP to the District for review. Please note <br />that the use of a CSMP in alternative regulation to meeting District requirement and requires <br />additional processing and approvals. <br />2. In Attachment C, the updated amendment seems to include two Figures 6.3. <br />The RCWD appreciates the opportunity to comment the City of Arden Hills Comprehensive Plan. We <br />look forward to future collaboration to ensure the preservations and enhancement of water resources <br />within the Rice Creek Watershed District and the City of Arden Hills.
