Staff is requesting that the Planning Commission review the proposed amendments and discuss <br />whether they adequately communicate the City's intent behind the fagade transparency <br />requirements. <br />Next Steps <br />Based on the direction provided by the Planning Commission, staff will bring the suggested <br />revisions to the B-2 and B-3 District Design Standards to a City Council work session for <br />review.
