• Kevin Kelly said he felt DeSCo would develop a strategic plan that we could use. He felt that <br /> Barsness' presentation was too much fluff. <br /> Mayor Aplikowski stated that in either case, we will have to be heavily involved. <br /> Rob Davidson inquired as to whether DeSCo would be able to get the response needed through a <br /> web survey. <br /> Ray McGraw made a motion to hire DeSCo. Kevin Kelly seconded. No further discussion. All <br /> in favor; motion carried. <br /> Karen stated that she would need to bring this to Council for final approval and would do so <br /> prior to the next EDC meeting. <br /> Next meeting will be April 19, 2006 at the City Hall at 7:30 am. <br /> • <br />
