MnDOT slides will be <br />inserted later. A placeholder slide has been created for Craig Wilson, and this slide will be <br />deleted after the September 29 event since Mr. Wilson is not available on October 1. Staff has <br />asked the Arden Hills Foundation whether they would like any additional slides. We do not <br />know yet if anyone from the Foundation will be available to speak at either event. The <br />presentations and speaker topics are as follows: <br /> <br />1. Introductions (Mayor Grant) <br />2. Rice Creek Commons/TCAAP (Mayor Grant and Councilmember McClung) <br />3. Development Projects (Councilmember Holden) <br />4. Transportation Improvements (Sheila Kauppi, MnDOT) <br />5. LJFD Update (Councilmember McClung) <br />6. Business Retention & Expansion Program (Councilmember Holmes) <br />7. Financial Management & Budget (Councilmember Woodburn) <br />8. Introduction of City Video Tour (Councilmember Woodburn) <br />9. CTV Updates (Craig Wilson – September 29 only) <br />10. Arden Hills Foundation (to be determined) <br />11. Conclusion and Q&A (Mayor Grant) <br /> <br />The schedule of the September 29 event is as follows: <br /> 6:30 pm Sign-in, refreshments, and networking <br /> 6:40 pm Mayoral welcome and City Council presentations <br /> 7:40 pm Q&A <br /> 8:00 pm Event adjourns <br /> <br />We can follow the same schedule on October 1, except that the event begins at 7:30 am.
