Recommend Denial: Motion to recommend denial of Planning Case 15-018 for a Site Plan <br />Review to construct an 864 square foot accessory structure/detached garage at 3180 Hamline <br />Avenue North, based on the following findings of fact: findings to deny should specifically <br />reference the reasons for denial and why those reasons cannot be mitigated. <br /> <br />4.
