A special word of recognition to LuAnn Elseth who called the Village <br />Hall expressing a desire to help her community but was unable to accept a <br />Committee appointment. The staff reeled with pleasure, quickly recovered, <br />and handed her a stack of thousands of post cards to hand -address..... <br />..... The Public Works Department says PLEASE don't leave cars parked in <br />the street at snow -plowing time. (Their tears of frustration are painful <br />to see - especially frozen on their faces in the early morning hours - and <br />just because they're only trying to help us get to work.) <br />
