As the Council prioritizes its goals, it may create additional/new committees or task forces from time to <br />time. If you have other specific areas or topics of interest please indicate those interests and we will retain <br />your application for future openings in those areas as new committees are created. <br />Other Interests* <br />I am interested in what makes our city so wonderful to live and work in! I am always looking for ways to <br />help people see the value in Arden Hills. <br />List any Civic, Professional,and Community Activity involvement. <br />Arden Hills No 3 Association-Treasurer <br />Women's Council of Realtors-VP Membership <br />Valentine Hills Snack Pack-Help organize and raise funds for the program <br />Hope Community Church -Governance Team <br />Hope Academy(Phillips Neighborhood in Mpls)- High School Mentor <br />Why do you want to be on a committee?` <br />I would like to be on a team that is helping this city grow an develop, to attract a variety of businesses that would not only <br />provide a good tax base for our city but also serve the Arden Hills residents well. I would like to come up with solutions on <br />how to honor the businesses that have been with us for a long time as well as welcome new business into the area. I am <br />looking forward to learning how a city evolves and changes throughout economic highs and lows. <br />What skills, strengths, or abilities do you believe you will add to the committee?- <br />I am an active member of the community as a resident with a child in the school system at Valentine Hills and also as a <br />business owner(Liz Johnson Real Estate LLC). I help people buy and sell homes in the area. This gives me a good idea of <br />what people are looking for as they buy a home for the first time in our community or as they want to age in place in our <br />community in their single family home/condo/TH or in a senior living facility.
