<br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />SUMMARY OF <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2015-011 <br /> <br />On the 30th day of November, 2015, the Arden Hills City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2015- <br />011, and by the four affirmative votes pursuant to Minn. Stat. §412.191, Subd. 4, directed that a <br />summary of Ordinance 2015-011 be published. <br /> <br />Ordinance 2015-011 is entitled “An Ordinance Amending Chapter 13, Section 1325.09, Subd. <br />4(A) of the Arden Hills City Code.” The Ordinance amends Section 1325.09 Subd. 4(A) of the <br />Zoning Code to read as follows: <br /> <br />1325.09 Antennas, Dish Antennas, and Towers <br /> Subd. 4. Conditional Use Permit. <br />A. New Antennas, dish antennas and towers are allowed only as conditional <br />accessory uses or structures. They are therefore allowed only on property <br />containing a principal use or structure to which the antenna, dish antenna or tower <br />is accessory or secondary. <br /> <br />A full copy of Ordinance 2015-011 is available for inspection by any person during regular <br />business hours at the office of the City Administrator, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota 55112.
