<br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />SUMMARY OF <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2015-010 <br /> <br />On the 30th day of November, 2015, the Arden Hills City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2015- <br />010, and by the four affirmative votes pursuant to Minn. Stat. §412.191, Subd. 4, directed that a <br />summary of Ordinance 2015-010 be published. <br /> <br />Ordinance 2015-010 is entitled “An Ordinance Amending Chapter 13, Section 1325.05, Subd. 8 <br />(F) of the Arden Hills City Code.” The Ordinance amends Section 1325.05, Subd. 8 (F) of the <br />Zoning Code pertaining to the building façade transparency requirements included in the B-2 and <br />B-3 District Design Standards. <br /> <br />A full copy of Ordinance 2015-010 is available for inspection by any person during regular <br />business hours at the office of the City Administrator, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota 55112. The Ordinance is also available online at http://www.cityofardenhills.org. <br /> <br /> <br />
