ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—OCTOBER 26, 2015 5 <br /> Mayor Grant questioned if CenturyLink would be offering any channels in UHD. <br /> Mr. Hagerty explained that CenturyLink recognizes the trends forthcoming, however, they have <br /> not committed to any one new technology. <br /> Mayor Grant closed the public hearing at 8:00 p.m. <br /> Mayor Grant asked if the City had a deadline for approving the cable franchise for CenturyLink. <br /> Mr. Bradley reported that there is no deadline and that all member cities will be reviewing this <br /> information in November and December of 2015. <br /> Mayor Grant directed staff to place this item on the November 30th City Council agenda. <br /> 9. NEW BUSINESS <br /> A. Sue Schroeder Park Bench Dedication <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br /> motion dedicating a park bench plaque for Sue Schroeder, to be placed on a <br /> park bench in Crepeau Park; and thanking Ms. Schroeder for her 20 years of <br /> dedicated service to the City of Arden Hills while serving on the <br /> Communications Committee. The motion carried (4-0). <br /> 10. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> None. <br /> 11. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilmember Holden requested an update on the award the City was being considered to <br /> receive. <br /> Community Development Director Hutmacher reported that the City of Arden Hills is being <br /> considered for the Leaders in Local Government Award which is sponsored by the St. Paul Area <br /> Chamber of Commerce. <br /> Councilmember McClung explained that he attended the memorial service for Councilmember <br /> Woodburn. He appreciated Councilmember Woodburn's years of service to the community. <br /> Mayor Grant requested that staff provide the Council with a list of Report a Concerns received <br /> via the City's website. <br /> Acting City Administrator Iverson reported that she has created a spreadsheet of the Reports of <br /> Concerns received over the past year. She noted that this list will be reviewed by staff and will <br /> then be forwarded to the City Council. She discussed how the City's website would be used in the <br /> future to track Reports of Concern. <br />
