Overall, Staff is of the opinion that the fee proposed will not preclude residential <br />development within TCAAP and that the fees collected will be adequate to cover the current <br />park development costs. <br /> <br />The $5,300 per residential unit fee that is being set for 2016 is based upon current <br />estimates and will need to be updated annually as more firm costs for park development are <br />received and actual land values are established. <br /> <br />Please contact me at 651-697-8506 with any questions.
