ORDINANCE NO. 2015-011 <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13, <br /> SECTION 1325.09, SUBD. 4(A), OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 13, Zoning Code, Section 1325.09, Antennas, Dish Antennas, and <br /> Towers, Subd. 4(A), is amended to read as follows: <br /> 1325.09 Antennas, Dish Antennas, and Towers <br /> Subd. 4. Conditional Use Permit. <br /> A. New Antennas, dish antennas and towers are allowed only as conditional <br /> accessory uses or structures. They are therefore allowed only on property containing a <br /> principal use or structure to which the antenna, dish antenna or tower is accessory or <br /> secondary. <br /> SECTION 2.
