Energy Resilience Advisory <br />Board (ERAB) <br />August of 2014 –TCAAP Joint <br />Development Authority (JDA) <br />appoints an ERAB for the <br />redevelopment of the TCAAP <br />property. <br />ERAB worked to establish a <br />foundation for cost effective, <br />energy efficient alternatives and <br />opportunities for TCAAP over <br />the next 50 years. <br />The TCAAP Energy Policy White <br />Paper was the foundation for the <br />Energy Integration Resiliency <br />Framework. <br />Background
