The Policy White Paper was the foundation for the Energy Integration Resiliency Framework (EIRF), which was <br />approved by the JDA on April 6, 2015. The EIRF identified two critically important and time sensitive <br />projects/opportunities: <br />(1) Solar photovoltaic (PV) array proposed on the former TCAAP Primer Tracer Area (PTA) <br />(2) Capturing the thermal energy from the Army's ground water treatment system for heating and cooling <br />of future residential units within RCC.
