All proposals must be received by 12:00 noon CST on Friday, <br />March 15, 2013. Questions from Proposers. Questions about this RFP will be accepted in writing or via <br />email until 12:00 noon CST on Friday, February 15, 2013. Send questions to Jill <br />Hutmacher at the street or email address listed above. A summary of the questions and <br />responses will be posted on the City’s website and distributed at the Pre-Proposal <br />Meeting described below. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of the RFP, an <br />addendum will be posted on the City’s website. Proposers may send an email to Jill <br />Hutmacher to request email notice of an addendum. Proposals must include an <br />acknowledgment of receipt of any addendums to the RFP. <br /> <br />B. Pre-Proposal Meeting. A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held in the City Council <br />Chambers at Arden Hills City Hall on Thursday, February 21, 2013, beginning at 10:00 <br />am. <br /> <br />C. Selection Process. A committee comprised of City staff and one or more <br />representatives from Ramsey County will review and rank the proposals against the <br />criteria in this RFP. The committee may invite one or more proposers for an interview to <br />be scheduled the week of March 25, 2013. The committee will make a recommendation <br />to the Arden Hills City Council which will make the selection. There will be no contact <br />with City and County staff or City Council and County Board members other than as <br />described above. <br /> <br /> The successful responder will be required to execute a contract with the City which shall <br />include the requirements stated in Attachment A to this RFP. <br /> <br /> D.
