AGENDA ITEMS <br /> A. Interviews for City Council Vacancy <br /> The Council conducted interviews of City Council candidates Steven Scott, Hoda Kemp, Brian <br /> Wagner, and Jonathan Wicklund. <br /> B. TCAAP Goals <br /> Mayor Grant explained that City Attorney Joel Jamnik had drafted TCAAP goals for the Council <br /> to review. <br /> City Attorney Jamnik reported that the goals were drafted in a similar format as the County's <br /> and took into consideration the comments made by the Council at their work session on January <br /> 11 th. He requested that the Council review the goals and provide staff with further direction. <br /> Mayor Grant asked if the Council should address the amount of retail on TCAAP. <br /> Community Development Director Hutmacher discussed the amount of retail and non-retail <br /> space that could be built on TCAAP. She estimated that there could be over 2 million square feet <br /> of retail on the site. <br />
