<br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 2016-001 <br /> <br />Resolution Relating to the Organization of the City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota (City) as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Official Depository. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 118A.02, <br />Subdivision 1, the City Council designates the following financial institutions as official <br />depositories for municipal funds: <br /> <br />a) US Bank <br />b) Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union <br />c) Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. <br /> <br />Investment Brokers: <br /> <br />a) RBC Wealth Management <br />b) Minnesota Municipal Money Market Fund (4M Liquid Asset and 4M PLUS Funds) <br />c) Wells Fargo Securities, LLC <br />d) Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC <br />e) Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, LLC <br /> <br />Section 2. Official Newspaper. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 412.831, the City <br />Council designates the following newspaper as official newspaper of the City: <br /> <br />a) Shoreview-Arden Hills Bulletin <br /> <br />The Mayor and Clerk are authorized and directed to enter into agreements with the official <br />newspapers for the publication of items required by law to be published. <br /> <br />Section 3. Mayor Pro-Tem. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 412.121, Council <br />Member Brenda Holden is appointed Mayor Pro-Tem and is to perform the duties of the Mayor <br />during the absence or disqualification of the Mayor or in the case of a vacancy in the office of <br />the Mayor.
