Together these approvals lay the groundwork for the redevelopment of the <br />427-acre TCAAP property owned by Ramsey County over the next 15 to 20 years into a vibrant, <br />mixed-use community. The Metropolitan Council approved the TCAAP Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment on October 28, 2015. The TCAAP Joint Development Authority will become fully
