5. Mail notice to property owners within 500 feet of 3280 Sandeen Road a minimum of 10 <br />days prior to public hearing. A copy of the proposed resolution approving the vacation is <br />required to be included in this mailing. <br />6. City Council holds public hearing during regular meeting. <br />7. City Council approves resolution for easement vacation and sewer line relocation. <br />8. City Attorney drafts revised sanitary sewer easement based on realignment. Document is <br />signed by property owner and recorded concurrently with easement vacation with <br />Ramsey County. <br />9. Property owner constructs new sewer alignment to City’s specifications with City <br />inspection of work. <br />10. New sewer line inspected before removal of existing sewer line. <br /> <br />Since 3280 Sandeen Road is on Lake Johanna, the Department of Natural Resources may need to <br />be notified about the relocation of the sanitary sewer line. This may be another question to <br />follow-up with the City Attorney on. <br />
