185218v3 3 <br />b. The antennas and equipment shall conform to Section 1325.09 of the Arden <br />Hills Zoning Code. <br /> <br />c. A building permit shall be obtained for all proposed antennas and associated <br />equipment prior to installation. <br /> <br />d. A final inspection of the existing antenna installation shall be completed <br />by the City Building Official prior to the issuance of a building permit for the new <br />antennas and associated equipment. <br /> <br />e. The antenna assembly canisters shall be painted to blend in with the <br />surrounding equipment on the roof to which they are attached. <br /> <br />f. This Conditional Use Permit Amendment shall be signed by the applicant <br />and the property owner prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br /> 5. Termination of Permit. The City may revoke the permit following a public <br />hearing for violation of the terms of this permit. <br /> 6. Lapse. If within one year of the issuance of this permit the allowed use has not been <br />completed or the use commenced, this permit shall lapse. <br /> 7. Criminal Penalty, other Enforcement. Both the owner and lessee of the subject <br />property are responsible for compliance with this conditional use permit.
