Today, these lots are 3189, 3184, 3177, and 3170 Shoreline <br />Lane. Steve Zawadski has submitted an application on behalf of the property owners at 3177 <br />Shoreline Lane requesting a declaratory letter on whether the terms in the Development <br />Agreement between Josephine East, LLC and the City have been satisfied. The property is in the <br />process of being sold and the new owners are concerned about being subject to assessments or <br />other enforcement related to the Development Agreement, which is on the property title. The <br />request from Mr. Zawadski is included in Attachment A. <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />The Development Agreement includes several terms and conditions related to the development <br />of the lots and completion of public improvements. The Public Works and Community <br />Development Departments have determined that the majority of these items were satisfied by
