t <br /> �-AVEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2016-005 <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> ADOPTING A NO-PARKING PROVISION <br /> FOR SANDEEN ROAD <br /> WHEREAS, Sandeen Road is a public street that does not conform to the <br /> minimum street width requirements included in Section 1130.03, Subd. 1 of the City <br /> Code, and <br /> WHEREAS, due to the narrow pavement width of Sandeen Road access can be <br /> limited when vehicles are parked on both sides of the street, and <br /> WHEREAS, public safety concerns exist when vehicles are parked along the <br /> curved portion of the street that extends south approximately 160 feet from the <br /> intersection with Lake Johanna Boulevard. <br /> THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Arden Hills, that the <br /> City shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on Sandeen Road from its northern <br /> intersection with Lake Johanna Boulevard to approximately 160 feet south at all times. <br /> ADOPTED by the Arden Hills City Council this 25th day of January, <br /> 2016, <br /> r <br /> vid Grant, MAYOR <br /> AT ST: <br /> Amy Dietl, C Y CLERK <br />
