ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />AUGUST 26, 2002 5 <br />• <br />Mr. Post presented the proposed 2003 budget baseline (Levy Supported General <br />Fund No. 1 O 1) as outlined in the August 23, 2002 staff report, and requested <br />Council's comments. <br />Council Member Larson stated he was comfortable with elimination of the <br />$11,000 funds for D.A.R.E. <br />The Council deferred this discussion until after the discussion of item 8(c). <br />C. TCAAP — Update <br />Mr. Parrish updated the Council on TCAAP. He asked how theCouncil wanted to <br />approach the four Community Representatives for the Advisory Council. <br />Mayor Probst asked Council to give any names of possible Community <br />Representatives to Mr. Lynch. <br />� Council Member Rem indicated she preferred this be opened up to the community <br />for interested candidates by publishing the openings in the newsletter and on the <br />website. <br />Council requested staff to publish the openings in the newsletter, on the website, <br />and posting at City Hall. <br />7. OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE <br />None. <br />9. CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />A. TCAAP Interim Development Agreement <br />1VIr. Lynch presented the TCAAP Interim Development Agreement and requested <br />the Council's comments. <br />� Mr. Fi11a itemized the changes made to the Interim Development Agreement. <br />
