Planning Case 15-026 – Development Agreement Determination Letter – 3177 <br />Shoreline Lane <br /> <br />Mayor Grant discussed the history of the property at 3177 Shoreline Lane. He stated that in <br />1999, the developer of the Josephine East subdivision was to escrow a certain amount of money <br />for the cost of removing the temporary cul-de-sac and extending Shoreline Lane to the northern <br />boundary of the subdivision. He explained that staff determined that this escrow was never <br />collected. <br />
