A pre-proposal <br />conference will be held Thursday, February 18, 10:00 am at Union Depot in Saint Paul. <br />Proposals are due on Wednesday, March 9, 2016. <br /> <br />At its meeting on February 1, 2016, JDA Commissioners established a Solicitation Review <br />Committee with members as follows.
