ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—JANUARY 11, 2016 2 <br /> Community Development Director Hutmacher stated that the Joint Development Authority <br /> (JDA) reviewed and approved the Solicitation for Master Developer at its meeting on January 4, <br /> 2016. JDA Commissioners made several comments. The document will be revised accordingly <br /> and was approved for release on February 1, 2016. The schedule for the selection of a Master <br /> Developer is as follows: <br /> Solicitation released February 1, 2016 <br /> Pre-proposal conference and site tour February 11, 2016 <br /> Deadline for submission of questions TBD <br /> Response to questions posted TBD <br /> Solicitation responses due March 2, 2016 <br /> Solicitation Review Committee evaluation and shortlist March 18, 2016 <br /> Deadline for submission of additional information March 24, 2016 <br /> Evaluation, interviews, and recommendation to the JDA March 31, 2016 <br /> JDA selects master developer April 4, 2016 <br /> Community Development Director Hutmacher reported that at its next meeting on February 1, <br /> 2016, the JDA will discuss the membership of the Solicitation Review Committee. <br /> Councilmember Holden requested further clarification on the solicitation noting it was not an <br /> RFP (Request for Proposal). <br /> Community Development Director Hutmacher discussed the Master Developer Solicitation in <br /> further detail with the Council noting that it more closely reflected a Request for Qualification <br /> (RFQ)• <br /> Councilmember McClung questioned who would make up the Solicitation Review Committee. <br /> Mayor Grant explained that the JDA would be addressing this in further detail on February 1St. <br /> 5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> A. December 14, 2015, Regular City Council <br /> B. December 28, 2015, Special City Council Work Session <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember McClung seconded a <br /> motion to approve the December 14, 2015, regular City Council meeting <br /> minutes, and the December 28, 2015, special City Council work session <br /> minutes as presented. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> 6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> A. Motion to Approve Consent Agenda Item - Claims and Payroll <br /> B.
