City of Arden Hills Personnel Policy Effectiv e Februar29,201-5G <br />STATEMENT OF POLICY <br />Any term and condition of employment shall remain solely within the discretion of the City <br />to modify,establish,or eliminate.The City of Arden Hills retains the full and unrestricted <br />right to operate and manage all personnel,facilities,and equipment;to establish functions and <br />programs;to set and amend budgets;to determine the utilization of technology;to establish <br />and modify the organizational structure; to select, direct, and determine the number of <br />personnel;to establish work schedules,and to perform any inherent managerial function not <br />specifically limited by current collective bargaining agreements,these regulations,and City <br />Council resolutions. These policies supersede all previous personnel policies. Nothing in <br />these policies is intended to modif or supersede any applicable 12xo-6sion of State of Federal <br />law. <br />1
