City of Arden Hills Personnel Policy EffectiveFcbru,, 29.20136 <br />supervisor for non-business casual clothing. <br />The City has adopted a casual Friday policy which allows an employee to wear jeans. <br />In the event an employee arrives at work inappropriately dressed2015 meeting. <br />or groomed,the employee CoMmented[SI11]:Additional language added from June 30, <br />will be sent home to change into appropriate clothing,and will be expected fe r tl-P 44P 4qFi <br />to use PTO for the lost time during the work day. <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST City employees are to remove themselves from situations <br />in which they would have to take action or make a decision where that action or decision <br />could be perceived or actual conflict of interest If an employee has any question about <br />whether such a conflict exists he/she should consult with the Director of Administrative <br />Services or the City_administrator. <br />FALSIFICATION OF RECORDS Any mployee who makes false statements or <br />commits or attempts to commitfraud in an effort to prevent the impartial application of <br />these policies will be subject to immediate disciplinary action up to and including termination <br />and potential criminal prosecution. <br />PERSONAL PHONE CALLS <br />a pr-efe f-a l a....ng effipleyee rest of 1 =eh b-eak Personal telephone calls axe to <br />be made or received only when truly necessary.. However. no Citt' employee will <br />directly or indirectly, during hours of employment, solicit or receive funds for political <br />purposes Further,any political activity in the workplace must bepre-approvedby the City to <br />avoid any conflict of interest or perception of bias such as using authority or political <br />influence to compel another employee to apply for or become a member inof a political <br />organization. <br />KNOW THESE REGULATIONS.
