The tax-exempt equivalent assessment rate <br />shall be set by the City Council. For the purposes of determining this rate, staff has cc�xiv�rted <br />Tax-exempt Equivalent Units (TEU) to Residential Equivalent Units (REU) as described below, <br />Since Cummings Park has front footage on the proposed improvements at the Wyncrest Cc�urt <br />cul-de-sac, City staff is proposing that this tax-exempt property is included in the Prelir��i��ary <br />Assessment Roll with four (4) REUs. Also, City-staff is proposing that the City-owned �r�'���-,rty <br />that has frontage on Janet Court be considered for zero (0) REUs since this par�;�;� is <br />predominately wetland and is unbuildable. The table below itemizes the number of singl�-��r��x(y <br />REUs for each corresponding street being improved.
