<br />Strbd:-�S�-Subd. 176 Significant tree. A tree that is irnpartant to the site and the
<br />neig�borhood character. that is swcturally sound and healthy, and that meets at least one

<br />A. A deciduaus hardwood tree that is at least ten ( l 4) caliper inches,
<br />includ�ng but not limited to, ironwood, catalpa, oak, hard maple, walnut,
<br />hickory, birch_ black cherry, hackberry, locust and basswood.
<br />B. A deciduous softwood tree that is at least twelve (12) caliper inches,
<br />inciuding bnt not limited to, cottonwood, poplars/aspen, box elder, willow,
<br />silver maple and elm.
