On a corner tot, the <br />longest street Ic�t line shall be a sic�e lot Iine. <br />Subd. 107 Lot, interior. A lot other than a corner or reversed corner lot. <br />Subd. 108 Lot, reversed corner. A corner lot, the rear of which abuts upon the side of <br />another lot whether across an alley or not. <br />Subd. 109 Lot of record. A lot existing as af April 10`h, 1993, date of this Code or approved <br />by the city as a lot subsequent to such date, and includes non-conforming lats. <br />Subd. 110 Lot, shoreline. A lot having ane (1) or more lot lines fronting on public waters. <br />Subd. 111 Lot, through. A tot that has a pair of opposite lot lines ahutting two (2) <br />substantially parallel streets, a��d which is not a corner lot. On a through lot, the <br />determination of whether the street frontage is to be considered a front yard or rear yard shall <br />be as subject to the provisions of this Code. <br />Subd. 112 Lot width.
