<br />Subd. I27 Nursery. Any tartd used to raise trees. shrubs, flowers, and other Iive plants for
<br />sate and commerce.
<br />Subd, 12$ Nursing Home and Assisted Living Facility. A facility that provides daily
<br />assistance and long-term residence for disabled or elderly individaals. This includes a
<br />combination af housing, supportive services, persanalized assistance and health care
<br />designed to respond to the individual needs af those who need help with activities of daily
<br />tiving, such as dressing, grooming, bathing, etc. (Added 7/14/10)
<br />Subd. 129 Obstructian, Any dam, wall. wharf. embankment, levee, dike, pile, abutment,
<br />projection, excavation, channel, madification_ culvert, building, wire, fence, stockpile, refuse,
<br />�li, structure, or matter in, along, across, or projecting into any channel, watercourse, or
<br />reguiatory flood plain which may irnpede, retard, or chan�e the direction of the flow of
<br />water, either in itself or by catching or callecting debris carried by such water.
<br />Subd. I30 Office(s). A raom, suite of rooms_ ar a building containing rooms or suites af
<br />rooms in which persons conduct commercial activities, provide professional services, or
<br />cany on occupations and where goods are nat stored, produced, sold at retail or repaired,
<br />inctuding but not lirnited to the following: exec`utive and administrative offices, business
<br />affices such as insurance, real estate_ sales and similar offces, professional offices such as
<br />� offices of engineers, surveyors, architects, accountants, attorneys and bookkeepers and

<br />Snbd. 131 t)ffice showroom/warehouse. An office facility in which more than 50 �ercent of
<br />the total floor area is utiiized for the dispiay and sale of goods or merchandis� on the
<br />premises, and/or for the storage and distribution of goods or merchandise from the premises.

<br />Subd. 132 Off-street parking areas. Structures or areas of ground used for the storage or
<br />parking of motar vehicles.
<br />Subd. 133 Open sales Iot. Any land used ar occupied for the purpose of buying and selling
<br />any goods, matcrials, or merchandise, and for the storing af same under the open sky priar to
<br />sale.
<br />Subd. I34 Open space. (See iandscape 1at area.}
<br />Subd. 135 Ordinary high water level. The boundary of public waters and wetlands, and shaIl
<br />be an elevatic�n cielineating the highest water level which has been maintained for a sufficient
<br />period of time to leave evidence upon the landscape anci as determined by the Minnesota
<br />Department of Natural Resources_ The ordinary high water mark is commonly that paint
<br />where the natural vegetation changes from predominantly aquatic to predorninantly
