<br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />SUMMARY OF <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2016-003 <br /> <br />On the 29th day of February 29, 2016, the Arden Hills City Council adopted Ordinance No. <br />2016-003, and by the four affirmative votes pursuant to Minn. Stat. §412.191, Subd. 4, the Arden <br />Hills City Council directed that a summary of Ordinance 2016-003 be published. <br /> <br />Ordinance 2016-003 is entitled “An ordinance amending Chapter 13, Section 1305.04, Section <br />1320.05, and Section 1325.046 of the Arden Hills City Code.” The primary purpose of the <br />amendment is to clarify the differences between “Retail Sales and Service” and “Thrift Store” <br />establishments, updated the Land Use Chart to reflect Thrift Stores as a conditional use in the B- <br />2, B-3, B-4, and I-Flex Zoning District, and to update the Zoning Code in order to identify <br />specific Conditional Use Permit (CUP) criteria for Thrift Stores. <br /> <br />A full copy of Ordinance 2016-003 is available for inspection by any person during regular <br />business hours at the office of the City Administrator, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota 55112.
