The City <br />Attorney has incorporated the requested changes and red-lined and clean versions of the <br />document are included in Attachment E. The City Council also requested that staff provide a <br />copy of the approved plat map for the Josephine East subdivision. A copy of the plat is included <br />in Attachment C. <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />In 1999, the City approved a four lot subdivision on the east side of Lake Josephine by Josephine <br />East, LLC. Today, these lots are 3189, 3184, 3177, and 3170 Shoreline Lane. The City entered <br />into a Development Agreement with Josephine East, LLC that included requirements on the
