'It <br />EN HILLS <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: May 9, 2011 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br />FROM: Jill Hutmacher, Community Development Director <br />SUBJECT: TCAAP and Stadium Proposal <br />Ramsey County continues to work with the Minnesota Vikings on a deal to develop a stadium on <br />the TCAAP site. It has been reported that a deal is imminent, and the County, legislative leaders, <br />and the team are discussing funding for transportation improvements. <br />Hennepin County has publicly stated that they will not be pursuing a stadium proposal. The <br />City of Minneapolis prefers that a new stadium be developed on the existing Metrodome site. <br />The legislative session ends at midnight on Monday, May 23. <br />City of Arden Hills <br />City Council meeting May 9, 2011 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
