It <br /> �RVEN <br /> __ HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2016-008 <br /> A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE SUPPORT OF A JOB CREATION FUND <br /> APPLICATION IN CONNECTION WITH LAND O'LAKES, INC. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota (the "City"), desires to assist Land <br /> O'Lakes, Inc., a Minnesota cooperative corporation, which is proposing to expand a facility in <br /> the City; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills understands that Land O'Lakes, Inc., through and <br /> with the support of the City, intends to submit to the Minnesota Department of Employment and <br /> Economic Development an application for an award and/or rebate from the Job Creation Fund <br /> Program; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills held a City Council meeting on February 29, 2016, <br /> to consider this matter. <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, after due consideration, the Mayor and City <br /> Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, hereby express their approval of the project <br /> proposed by Land O'Lakes, Inc. and its application for an award and/or rebate from the Job <br /> Creation Fund Program. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br /> 29TH DAY OF FEBRUARY,2016 <br /> zwi, 12-�J <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> AT ST: <br /> Amy Dietl, C C erk <br />
