CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, <br /> MINNESOTA <br /> SUMMARY OF <br /> ORDINANCE NO.2016-003 <br /> On the 29th day of February 29, <br /> 2016, the Arden Hills City Council <br /> adopted Ordinance No. 2016-003, <br /> and by the four affirmative votes <br /> pursuant to Minn. Stat. §412.191, <br /> Subd. 4, the Arden Hills City <br /> Council directed that a summary of <br /> Ordinance 2016-003 be published. <br /> Ordinance 2016-003 is entitled <br /> "An ordinance amending <br /> Chapter 13, Section 1305.04, <br /> Section 1320.05, and Section <br /> 1325.046 of the Arden Hills City <br /> Code." The primary purpose <br /> of the amendment is to clarify <br /> the differences between "Retail <br /> Sales and Service" and "Thrift <br /> Store" establishments, updated <br /> the Land Use Chart to reflect <br /> Thrift Stores as conditional <br /> in the B-4 and I-Flex Zoning <br /> Districts, and to update the <br /> Zoning Code in order to identify <br /> specific Conditional Use Permit <br /> (CUP)criteria for Thrift Stores. <br /> A full copy of Ordinance 2016-003 <br /> is available for inspection by any <br /> person during regular business hours <br /> at the office of the City Administrator, <br /> 1245 West Highway 96,Arden Hills, <br /> Minnesota 55112.The Ordinance is <br /> also available online at bZJLwVyL <br /> QjtyofaW_e1 �oro. <br /> (Bulletin:Mar.9,2016) <br />
