Staff is <br />requesting that the EDA review the draft implementation plan for these projects and provide <br />comments. A final draft of the plan will be presented to the EDA at their meeting on April 25, <br />2016 for approval. Staff expects to begin working with the EDC on the projects at their next <br />scheduled meeting in May. <br /> <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />Staff is requesting that the EDA take the following actions on this item: <br />• Review and adopt the final draft of the Arden Hills Business Retention and Expansion <br />Program Report from the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce. <br />• Provide comments on the draft Business Retention and Expansion Program Priority <br />Projects Implementation Plan. <br /> <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />A.
