If Planning Case 16-007 is approved <br />the Council will then consider approval of the PUD Amendment Agreement. <br /> <br />The City Attorney has prepared the PUD Amendment Agreement (Attachment A). The <br />document has been reviewed and signed by the North American Land Company and Roberts <br />Management Group. <br /> <br /> <br />Attachments <br />A.
