CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, <br /> MINNESOTA <br /> SUMMARY OF <br /> ORDINANCE NO.2016-004 <br /> On the 28th day of March, 2016, <br /> the Arden Hills City Council adopted <br /> Ordinance No.2016-004,and by the <br /> four affirmative votes pursuant to <br /> Minn. Stat. §412.191, Subd. 4, the <br /> Arden Hills City Council directed that <br /> a summary of Ordinance 2016-004 <br /> be published. <br /> Ordinance 2016-004 is entitled <br /> "An Ordinance Amending <br /> Chapter 13,Section 1305.04 and <br /> Section 1325.02 of the Arden <br /> Hills City Code." The primary <br /> purpose of the amendment is to <br /> create regulations for accessory <br /> outdoor display and sales uses <br /> in the City's commercial Zoning <br /> Districts.
